Mediation
A mediation is a business meeting with the goal of resolving a dispute. Parties meet together, often with attorneys, and work with a neutral mediator. The exact process and length of time will depend on the negotiating situation and the preferences of the parties.

I recognize that the parties will focus on achieving what they decide is in their own best interest. I do not judge negotiation strategies or tactics. I will talk about the legal dispute with the attorneys, and the practical concerns and personal interests with the clients. I offer my views only where I see that one party's approach may diminish the chance of reaching a settlement that might otherwise be possible.
